SHIPPING AND RETURNS
I ship items once a week on Tuesday to reduce petrol emissions and costs traveling to the post office. Order before 10pm Monday to be posted with that weeks post. This allows me time process the order, package it and post it. If you need to make any changes to your order email us within the first 24 hours, sometimes I miss emails so feel free to follow up if I haven't replied. I ship UK and worldwide UK standard shipping will take 3-5 days. If you need your item to arrive by a certain date, please contact me and I may be able to arrange first class shipping/ early post.
International shipping only has the option of Tracked shipping due to the risk of international shipping. We charge a flat rate for this. When your order has been sent off we will send you a tracking number to help you keep track of the package if you want to. To keep costs on your end low I mark packages as much lower than what they are worth. If your item is tracked to it's destination and then is stolen etc. I cannot offer a refund. Also if your package was unable to be delivered (eg. wrong address, nobody in) it will be sent to a depot where you will need to pick it up according to how your local depot handles it. If it is not picked up it will be sent back to me and this can take months. When it arrives back with me I may ask for you to pay shipping for me to send it out again.
If you have any problems with a package arriving, please don't hesitate to get in contact with us. We do not receive a notification of whether or not your package has arrived so If it is taking longer than you expected then it is important you contact us sooner rather than later so we can solve the issue quickly.
If you have had any issues with one of our products, please feel free to contact us to discuss the problem and how it can be solved. We only accept returns for faulty products please do not order an item if you do not intend on keeping it. Due to the second hand nature of most my products I ask you to be open to imperfections and embrace them as a part of the individual character of the piece rather than a bad quality. To return a piece first email me with your issue plus images and I will send you an address to post the item to and you will be refunded the full original price of the garment (not including the postage cost) once it is received. If the package is lost in the post however I cannot refund you so I suggest tracking the shipping.
I'm happy to repair old products for you at a small charge. To get an item repaired I will give you a return address to send the item to along with a small repair fee depending on how complex it is and whether or not you want extra embellishment added.
